What you'll do

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the THE ICONIC marketplace account.
  • Create and maintain product listings, including SKU setup, product variations, attribute mapping, and product feed management.
  • Ensure product information, images, and digital assets comply with THE ICONIC requirements and Australian/New Zealand consumer standards.
  • Optimize product listings through keyword research, SEO, and merchandising best practices to improve search visibility and conversions.
  • Execute promotional pricing, markdown strategies, and seasonal campaigns while maintaining target profit margins.
  • Monitor marketplace performance, including sales, conversion rates, return rates, inventory turnover, and customer trends.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and provide insights to support buying decisions and seasonal planning.
  • Drive major retail campaigns, including THE ICONIC Frenzy, Click Frenzy, Afterpay Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day.
  • Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to support stock availability for key campaigns.
  • Assist with on-site advertising opportunities, sponsored placements, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with the business owner to identify opportunities to improve marketplace performance.

What they require

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplace platforms.
  • Previous experience with THE ICONIC Seller Centre or ZALORA Seller Center is essential.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations, product listings, merchandising, and digital commerce.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: VLOOKUP, Data sorting and filtering, Data merging, Managing and interpreting product datasets.
  • Experience managing product catalogs, SKU structures, and marketplace data feeds.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make commercially driven decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the business owner.
  • Preferred: Experience with fashion or apparel e-commerce.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand online retail markets.
  • Preferred: Experience working with business intelligence (BI) reporting tools.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with marketplace advertising and sponsored product campaigns.
  • This role is expected to require roughly 15-20 hours per week.
  • As a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your schedule, but availability for occasional collaboration during AU business hours is preferred.
