Parabroker - Dayshift Remote

Position : Parabroker Salary : Php 80,000 - 100,000 per month Working Hours & Conditions : AU Working Hours and Holidays : ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Para Broker / Broker Support professional to join a growing Australian asset finance business. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Australian financial services who can confidently manage the administrative and operational aspects of finance applications from approval through to settlement. Working closely with the Business Owner, you will be responsible for keeping finance files progressing while ensuring an efficient and seamless experience for clients. This is more than a traditional loan processing role—we're looking for someone who understands the lending workflow, can anticipate the next steps in a file, and confidently support the business with minimal supervision. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage finance applications from approval through to settlement. Request and follow up on required client documentation. Prepare and send initial requirements, follow-up communications, and settlement documentation. Coordinate settlements with lenders and relevant stakeholders. Maintain and update client files within finance systems and lender portals. Monitor application progress and proactively keep files moving. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant. Support the Business Owner by managing backend operations while they focus on client relationships and business development. Liaise with clients, lenders, and third parties to facilitate a smooth settlement process. Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support throughout the lending process. Requirements Previous experience in Australian financial services. Experience supporting lending or finance applications from approval through to settlement. Strong understanding of finance documentation, lending processes, and compliance requirements. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple files and prioritise competing deadlines. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Proficiency using finance systems, lender portals, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and proactively manage workflow. Highly Desirable Direct experience in Australian asset finance or commercial finance. Experience with: Motor vehicle finance Equipment and machinery finance Truck finance Business lending Previous experience as a Para Broker, Broker Support Officer, or Commercial Lending Support professional. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate is more than an administrator or loan processor. They have a solid understanding of the lending process, can identify what is required at each stage of an application, and confidently manage files with minimal direction. They are proactive, highly organised, and capable of keeping applications progressing while delivering excellent service to both clients and stakeholders. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys supporting a growing business and takes ownership of the operational side of the finance process, enabling the Business Owner to remain focused on client-facing activities.
