POSITION SUMMARY: Provide great customer service to Sago respondents through inbound calls (Voice process), aiming to drive respondent satisfaction and retention (International US Process) Requirements KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for addressing US customer inquiries, resolving queries and providing excellent customer service via inbound calls • Review and investigate issues accurately and efficiently using computer systems • Create and update tickets in CRM systems • Maintain high level of accuracy while handling cases and record keeping tasks • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions • Coordinate with internal teams when required CORE COMPETENCIES: • Fluency in English language (verbal and written) with strong communication skills • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve respondent inquiries efficiently. • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Ability to work in night shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST and 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) • Any Graduate/ Postgraduate with 0 - 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Voice Process • Experienced and freshers can apply Based on performance during the training period, you may have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position with the company.
