P&C & Payroll Transformation Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a high-visibility transformation project focused on P&C (Hire to Retire) processes and payroll. The role will involve mapping and designing processes for a new organization, coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving project execution. You will Drive overall project governance, planning and execution tracking. Coordinate alignment across Business, HR, IT and external vendor stakeholders. Manage action, decision and risk registers and ensure timely follow-up. Track commitments and drive accountability across workstreams. Prepare executive-level updates, reports and status communications. Support issue resolution and escalation management. Facilitate decision-making and ensure effective communication across stakeholders. Help drive process mapping and design activities related to P&C and payroll. Requirements Proven experience in Project or Program Management, ideally within transformation projects. Experience working with P&C / HR processes, particularly Hire to Retire and/or payroll. Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership. Ability to drive decisions, challenge stakeholders and ensure accountability. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level communication. Experience working in fast-paced, complex transformation environments.
