What you'll do

  • Conduct thorough product sales performance analytics and make strategic recommendations to optimize sales growth and revenue generation.
  • Lead efforts to increase market share and ensure adherence to compliance activities within Customer Groups.
  • Provide guidance and direct support for pricing needs, including market price and core contract analysis.
  • Oversee customer service operations, handling warranty issues and customer complaints.
  • Identify training requirements and coordinate Our Brand training initiatives with corporate trainers.
  • Implement new product and program launches and measure their success; provide leadership on Our Brand specification opportunities.
  • Support and enforce display requirements and strategic placement of Our Brand Products; enhance visual merchandising.
  • Provide execution feedback, field intelligence, and insights on new product opportunities to the National Sales Manager and executive leadership.
  • Develop district marketing plans aligned to customer events using Our Brand Co-Op funding.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or related field (Preferred: advanced degrees/certifications).
  • Proven experience in product sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in Plumbing, Kitchen and Bath, Appliance or other construction-related product space.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to draw actionable insights from sales data and market trends.
  • Prior experience in pricing strategies, compliance management, and customer service.
  • Demonstrated success performing new product launches and measuring impact on business outcomes.
  • Ability to influence and communicate initiatives with district leaders to deliver revenue-generating results.
  • Understanding of visual merchandising and its impact on customer engagement and product sales.
  • Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
