We are seeking a 1099 Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to support our growing telehealth team in a supervisory-only capacity. This role focuses exclusively on NP collaboration and supervision—no direct patient care is required.

What you'll do

  • Partner with Nurse Practitioners to provide clinical guidance, case consultation, chart reviews/audits, and input on internal practice standards
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Supervisors to ensure high-quality, consistent care across virtual behavioral health programs
  • Support telehealth team in supervisory capacity
  • Respond to texts, phone calls, and emails during business hours

What they require

  • MD or DO; willing to obtain additional state licenses
  • Board certified in Psychiatry required
  • Experience with managed care, Medicaid and private payers
  • Prior telehealth experience
  • Eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
  • Fluency in English; other languages a plus (Spanish)
  • Active DEA
  • Ability to work in collaborative team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and passion for serving those in need
  • Adaptable to technology, including telehealth software
  • Awareness of and compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2
