Orthodontic Sales Specialist AUS - Remote Job Description: The Orthodontic Sales Specialist (QLD) is responsible for driving growth and customer success in the Specialist Orthodontist channel within a designated territory for Ormco’s product portfolio, including Damon™ Brackets & Wires and Spark™ Clear Aligner System across a designated territory. This role combines strategic sales execution, clinical education, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in dental sales and a passion for digital orthodontic solutions. Job Requirements: Identify, qualify, convert, and retain business within assigned accounts. Drive sales performance across the Specialist Orthodontist channel, focusing on orthodontic solutions including traditional braces, digital systems, and clear aligners. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Develop and execute strategic territory plans, aligned with business goals and market opportunities including block planning and budget compliance. Utilise CRM tools for accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with orthodontists, clinical & practice staff. Understand customer treatment philosophies and align Ormco solutions accordingly. Provide in-depth onboarding, training, and ongoing support for Ormco’s portfolio. Deliver product demonstrations and clinical education using established techniques and sales aids. Educate customers on the unique value and benefits of the Ormco systems. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics. Provide timely feedback to marketing and product teams. Prepare and submit weekly call reports, expense reports, and business updates. Complete territory analysis and planning on regular basis to ensure of business opportunities are prioritised. Adhere to corporate policies regarding customer engagement and entertainment. Ensure compliance with sales procedures and ethical standards. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
