We are a remote team with a Lisbon office, having recently raised ~$4M seed round with incredible investors from Strava, OpenAI, and Meta.
Requirements:
- 6-7 years of experience in SEO, App Store Optimization (ASO), or search marketing
- Comfortable with AI and emerging AI-driven search/visibility trends (e.g. AI overviews, LLM-based search) — ideally someone early enough in their career to be fluent in this
- Highly data-driven, focused on driving clicks as a core metric
- Excellent communication skills, able to work closely with design and engineering teams
- Team management/leadership experience preferred, not essential
- Owns three pillars: App Store Optimization, Search (SEO), and AI visibility
