What you'll do

  • Lead the Integration and Data Migration practice, establishing methodologies, standards, and delivery frameworks.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and service offerings aligned with client business objectives and emerging technology trends.
  • Mentor and develop managers, architects, consultants, and technical delivery teams.
  • Support business development activities including solution development, proposal responses, client presentations, and capability demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Provide executive oversight for enterprise integration initiatives involving cloud and on-premises systems.
  • Lead data migration strategies, planning, governance, and execution for enterprise modernization programs.
  • Establish best practices for data quality, data governance, validation, reconciliation, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure successful delivery of integration and migration projects through effective planning, monitoring, and quality assurance.
  • Lead cloud adoption strategies and enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Guide organizations through cloud readiness assessments, migration planning, and operational transformation.
  • Oversee technical and functional cloud solution implementation efforts.
  • Establish cloud governance frameworks, operating models, and adoption strategies.
  • Direct change management activities to support technology transformation and user adoption.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and organizational readiness strategies.
  • Assess organizational impacts and implement mitigation plans to support successful adoption.
  • Ensure business processes and workforce readiness align with technology transformation objectives.
  • Provide leadership for large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs.
  • Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
  • Ensure project delivery meets quality, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Present program status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and client sponsors.

What they require

  • US Citizen with ability to obtain a US Public Trust
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, systems integration, data migration, cloud transformation, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of consulting, practice leadership, program management, or related technology leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Extensive experience with integration architectures, data migration methodologies, and enterprise modernization programs.
  • Experience leading cloud adoption and organizational change management initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
