Operations specialist with 3–5 years of appraisal operations experience. Needs knowledge of construction draw management, trust and Power of Attorney reviews, escrow holdback, underwriting functions, and advanced computer skills.

What you'll do

  • The Operations Specialist role covers several critical business functions supporting both the operations and appraisal teams.
  • Handle all trust and Power of Attorney reviews for the Closing Department.
  • Oversee the draw management and reimbursements on renovation and construction transaction.
  • Authorize the release of escrow holdbacks and work with Accounts Payable on invoices.
  • Handle reporting for the credit department.
  • Support underwriting functions such as maintaining exclusionary lists and serving as a backup to other credit related functions.
  • Construction Draw Management and Approval/Release of Escrow Funds
  • Trust and Power of Attorney review and approval

What they require

  • 3-5 years’ experience appraisal operations.
  • Knowledge of Construction Draw Management, Trust and Power of Attorney reviews, Escrow holdback, and underwriting functions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Advanced Computer Skills
