The program serves thousands of students annually across more than 30 international markets and plays a critical role in helping students achieve college-meaningful academic outcomes.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>As Operations Lead, Test Prep, you are the operational backbone of that system — and the person most directly accountable for whether students are actually progressing.</span></p><p><span>You report to the Director of Standardized Test Prep and are the only other person accountable for delivery. That means you make decisions rather than pass them along: Which instructor teaches which bootcamp. Whether a tutor meets our standard. Whether a student is fully utilizing their service program, and what happens when they aren't.</span></p><p><span>Remote.
