Position Information
Start Date: Immediate (following successful completion of the recruitment process)
Compensation: USD $6.25 per hour

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Native-level or highly proficient English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
- Fluent Portuguese speaker.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching English online or in a traditional classroom environment.
- Accredited TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA qualification (120 hours or more).
- Bachelor's degree in English, Translation, English Literature, Education, or a related field (completed or currently in progress).
- Familiarity with CEFR frameworks and ESL assessment practices.
- Strong digital literacy and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Clear criminal record.
Technical Requirements
Computer
- Intel® Core™ i5 processor (or equivalent) running at 2.40GHz or higher.
- Minimum 8GB RAM.
Internet
- Reliable fibre internet connection with minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds.
- Wired LAN connection required.
Power Backup
- UPS or alternative backup power solution capable of supporting equipment for 4–5 hours is highly recommended.
Teaching Equipment
- Noise-cancelling headset with microphone.
- HD webcam (720p or higher).
- Quiet, professional, and well-lit teaching environment suitable for online instruction.
