What you'll do

  • Be assigned across a global product portfolio and scheduled according to student demand and the range of classes available
  • Teach Grammar Webinars, Writing Classes, IELTS Preparation Classes, Private 1-to-1 Lessons, Group Classes, and other English programmes
  • Deliver classes fully online, with students joining from different countries and backgrounds
  • Review lesson material ahead of scheduled sessions
  • Deliver structured, engaging online classes aligned to the curriculum
  • Maintain a focused and professional virtual classroom environment
  • Support learners from a range of backgrounds and proficiency levels
  • Provide feedback that helps guide measurable improvement

What they require

  • Completed Matric / Grade 12 certificate
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate OR CELTA
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • A professional, reliable and student-focused approach
  • Intel Core i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen 5/7 processor or equivalent
  • Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
  • SSD storage
  • Full HD display
  • HD webcam
  • Quality headset and microphone
  • Reliable fibre/broadband connectivity
  • Minimum 25 Mbps download and upload speeds
  • LAN cable connection for teaching
  • Reliable backup power solution, including UPS providing approximately 4–5 hours of backup power and Mini-UPS to keep your fibre router powered during outages
  • Quiet, professional and dedicated workspace
  • Suitable lighting and a professional teaching environment
  • Minimal background noise and distractions
  • A Matric Certificate is required
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • A 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate
  • Teaching experience is beneficial, particularly in an online setting
  • Strong spoken and written English with a neutral accent
  • Comfortable using Zoom and standard digital tools
  • Confident managing a virtual classroom environment
