No BS summary

EverOps is looking for a hands-on Okta IAM Integration Engineer who can hit the ground running to support a high-volume SaaS integration queue. While the technical core of this role involves configuring SSO and SCIM provisioning, the non-obvious challenge lies in collaboration. The majority of your stakeholders will be app owners and business teams with little to no IAM background.

  • Deploy Okta application configurations (including SAML/OIDC apps, group patterns, and SCIM) via Terraform within a shared Infrastructure as Code (IaC) repository.

What they require

  • 2–4 years of dedicated Okta administration experience within a corporate IT or enterprise environment.
  • Deep, practical configuration experience with SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols (not just conceptual familiarity).
  • Proven comfort managing a high-volume ticket queue and balancing multiple concurrent integration projects seamlessly.
  • Exceptional communication skills: A proven ability to translate complex IAM architecture into simple, actionable steps for non-technical stakeholders without frustration.
  • Solid experience operating within a structured CAB / change management framework.

EverOps is the partner engineering teams wish they had but didn't know existed. We embed elite operators directly in our customers' teams to help them ship faster, reduce risk, and optimize cloud spend. We call them TechPods: forward-deployed, outcome-driven, backed by proven playbooks and AI-native workflows. Every company now faces the same imperative: put AI to work or fall behind. But agents don't run on chaos. They need modern infrastructure, organized data, security, governance, and observability to run reliably in production. That is the layer we own. We help tech companies and enterprises move past AI demos and get real results from agents in production. We sit in the sweet spot between strategy-only firms and staff-aug vendors. Not Big 4. Not bodies for hire. Operators who think big and deliver fast. Since 2012, companies like Coinbase, Snowflake, and Peloton have trusted us to scale platforms, cut waste, and modernize delivery. We are an AWS Advanced Tier co-sell partner, and our go-to-market is increasingly AWS-led. Our thesis is sharp: make AI actually run in production on AWS, not in a slide deck. That is the wave this seat sells into.
