Early-career or new-graduate Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist for autism therapy in Australia. Needs relevant tertiary qualification, community-based work willingness, and Speech Pathology Australia membership or AHPRA registration for OTs.

What you'll do

  • Supporting 3–4 participants per day in community settings
  • Working collaboratively with participants and their families/support networks
  • Building practical, functional skills that support everyday life
  • Developing strengths-based, person-centred support strategies
  • Working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

What they require

  • Early career qualified Occupational Therapists
  • Early career qualified Speech Pathologists
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, or Speech Pathology
  • 1–3 years’ experience (or new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Interest in working with autistic people and neurodivergence
  • Willingness to work in community-based settings
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • AHPRA registration (for OTs)
