What you'll do

  • Create and/or update Power BI dashboards to support management of contingency topics such as contingency asset maintenance plans, pump performance tests, and simulation schedules.
  • Manage contingency-related training, seeking new opportunities and content to share.
  • Support planning and monitoring of simulated exercises in operational units.
  • Propose actions to improve leadership knowledge of ICS, the Incident Command System.
  • Monitor implementation of contingency recommendations from process risk analysis studies and other inspections or diagnostics.
  • Support preparation and/or review of Emergency Response Plans for Petrobras refining, gas processing, DTEN, and LCM units, as well as PRE-SOs, local plans, and PROs.
  • Advise on emergency preparedness and response matters from an occupational safety engineering perspective.
  • Support review of procedures and standards related to contingency management.
  • Prepare presentations such as SMS RAC, subcommittee presentations, and other contingency-related presentations.
  • Monitor implementation of contingency recommendations from process risk analysis studies.
  • Audit compliance of protective barriers identified in process risk studies such as APR, HAZOP, LOPA, and AQR.
  • Monitor internal and external audits in refining, gas processing, DTEN, and LCM units regarding contingency.
  • Support data entry into internal systems such as InfoPAE, action-plan systems, SERP, and iRISCO.
  • Train professionals to access contingency-related systems such as InfoPAE and Sistema IAP and make necessary system adjustments.
  • Support PAGSMS audits.

What they require

  • Mandatory: Microsoft Office package.
  • Mandatory: Knowledge of integrated management system standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.
  • Mandatory: Functional knowledge of SAP ERP or a computerized anomaly registration system.
  • Mandatory: NR-20 certificate.
  • ART for role and function will be required for this service post.
  • Extensive experience in activities similar to the service scope.
  • Postgraduate degree required.
  • Engineering degree with postgraduate specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering.
  • Professional council registration required.
