What you'll do

  • Providing comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine
  • Thoroughly documenting patient interactions using our customized EHR
  • Applying appropriate billing procedures
  • Participating in quality control and improvement activities
  • Returning patient messages and calls in a timely fashion
  • Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Keeping current with and following AASM guidelines and clinic medical protocols in your clinical care and decisions

What they require

  • A minimum of 5 years experience of direct patient care
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine is required for candidates who wish to start within one month.
  • Applicants without prior sleep experience must enroll in the Dreem Health Academy program — a paid, 4-week training course.
  • Completion of this course is mandatory before beginning any work with patients.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
  • A CA APRN License AND one or more additional state licenses are required
  • An active CA Furnishing license and an active DEA license (eligible to DEA license)
  • Must be able to work full time, a minimum of 36 hours per week, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.
  • This role requires a high level of empathy and understanding of patients' needs.
  • Strong communication is key for interacting with patients, providers, and internal teams.
  • Your ability to clearly relay complex medical information and accurately convey patient feedback is crucial.
