What you'll do

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and networking activities.
  • Manage the sales process from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, priorities, and technology initiatives and deliver engaging product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation and maintain an accurate pipeline within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and customer events as required.

What they require

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role.
  • Familiarity with the UK education sector.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
