What you'll do

  • Generate high-quality pipeline for Plaid in the UK and EU
  • Partner with Account Executives to run outreach campaigns
  • Design strategies for account engagement
  • Open doors to fintech prospects in the region
  • Identify and engage prospective customers across key segments
  • Support account strategy with Account Executives
  • Map organisations
  • Build strong outbound approaches
  • Build personalised, high-quality outreach across multiple channels
  • Support onboarding, campaign design, and cross-functional projects
  • Develop commercial skillset in a high-growth, high-support environment
  • Drive high-quality meetings that convert into qualified opportunities
  • Conduct account research and develop strategic outreach cadences
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build and execute account plans
  • Manage pipeline progress through Salesforce and internal tooling
  • Support the go-to-market strategy for UK and EU prospects
  • Contribute to the development of outbound campaigns in partnership with Marketing
  • Participate in team initiatives including onboarding new hires and operational projects
  • Nurture early-stage and dormant opportunities to drive incremental pipeline

What they require

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
  • Demonstrated drive, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Some experience in a client-facing or commercial role such as sales, customer success, partnerships, consulting, or equivalent
  • Comfort working in a high-ownership, high-expectation environment
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from peers
  • Curiosity about fintech, APIs, and financial infrastructure
  • Preferred: Experience in outbound sales development or experience working with complex products in a client-facing, target-oriented role
