What you'll do

  • Drive full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor with a focus on long-term client success and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the face of the engagement by leading client and project communication.
  • Manage escalations, maintain RAID logs, and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for the C-suite.
  • Proactively identify systemic project risks and lead complex negotiations.
  • Oversee delivery team activities.
  • Align process and system configuration to project goals.
  • Provide final sign-off on key deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead Steering Committee meetings to maintain executive-level alignment.
  • Set expectations and establish milestones.
  • Develop essential project management artifacts.
  • Lead status meetings to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Strategically align team resources to project tasks to ensure utilization and timely delivery.
  • Manage project budgets.
  • Monitor burn rates.
  • Execute change orders as needed to align with evolving project scopes.
  • Build a deep understanding of the client’s long-term goals and objectives.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
  • Step back from the NetSuite application and see the big picture.
  • Lead business process discovery sessions for enterprise clients.
  • Translate global business requirements into long-term technology roadmaps beyond NetSuite.
  • Design and present to-be processes using industry leading practices and prior experience.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and automation across the business.
  • Provide expert guidance on how system changes impact broader business functions.
  • Coach and mentor junior consultants to build technical proficiency and internal knowledge sharing.
  • Support the evolution of delivery methodologies and strategic planning to improve implementation efficiency.
  • Travel for client on-site needs when required.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional consulting experience.
  • At least 2+ years specifically focused on NetSuite implementations.
  • Consulting experience and/or strong industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrated leadership in team and resource management.
  • Strong understanding of business process improvement and ERP strategy.
  • Willingness to dive into the weeds on a project by supporting team members and/or driving system/process development.
  • Humility to expand efforts within an engagement and take on project responsibilities or roles as needed to successfully get the job done.
  • Ability to drive the team to hit milestones, including addressing employee performance or issues that could arise during the engagement.
  • Curiosity with an ability to independently problem-solve and explore solutions using available resources and AI tools.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
  • Understanding of key Project Management principles.
  • Preferred: Deep expertise in Supply Chain & Manufacturing, including physical product flow and production lifecycle.
  • Preferred: Expertise in standard cost and variations, supply chain automation, and shop-floor integrations.
  • Preferred: Deep expertise in Services & Construction project-based businesses, including resource-driven organizations, professional services, large-scale builds, sub-contractor management, and job site accounting.
  • Preferred: Understanding complex project-to-cash workflows, billing processes, retainage, bonded projects, time/expense tracking, and utilization reporting.
  • Preferred: Deep expertise in Field Service Management, including on-site service delivery, repairs, and mobile workforce optimization.
  • Preferred: Mobile app deployment, scheduling/dispatch logic, and real-time parts consumption tracking.
  • Preferred: Deep expertise in Software & Technology, including subscription-based models and high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Preferred: Expertise in ASC 606 compliance, recurring revenue recognition, and automated billing cycles.
  • Remote-first position for U.S. or Canada-based candidates.
  • Ability to travel for client on-site needs.
