Resolve inquiries regarding mobile plans, fiber internet, and television services with a customer-centric approach. Ensure efficient navigation through complex telecommunications CRM systems to update client information. Act as a brand ambassador for Odido, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects a premium standard of service. Identify customer needs and offer relevant telecommunications product upgrades or solutions to enhance the user experience. Maintain detailed logs of service requests, technical issues, and solutions provided within the internal database. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot network-related issues to ensure seamless connectivity for subscribers. Requirements Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this telecommunications role. Valid EU passport (mandatory) to work within the European Union. Strong digital literacy and the ability to work in a remote environment within Greece. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills tailored to a technical service environment. A proactive attitude towards learning new telecommunications technologies and service protocols.
