What you'll do
- Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding their Google Ads campaigns.
- Analyze account performance and provide strategic recommendations to optimize marketing ROI within the customer support services
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the entire advertising platform, as well as a suite of other critical client-facing websites.
- Have a fine-toothed comb and a deft pen to craft and send high-quality communications to the relevant 3rd parties, on-time and in full.
- Immerse yourself in clients and their assets and foresee, handle emergencies with artistry and ability in an international, inc. Technical English.
- Handle administrative tasks and reporting as required to sync the information in the project periphery.
- Help video- or voice-call clients and record interactions of the video- or email calls in the platform
