National Retail Account Manager for ZOE's physical retail expansion in the UK. Requires 2–4+ years' FMCG/CPG retail account or retail operations experience and familiarity with retailer portals, GS1/barcoding and launch execution. Will own retailer relationships, launch execution, vendor setups, trading performance and stock/PO coordination.

What you'll do

  • Retailer Onboarding & Launch Execution: Own retailer setup, critical path management, and operational readiness from account setup through to live trading on shelves.
  • Portal & Product Administration: Coordinate retailer setup requirements, including vendor portals, product information, pricing, pack specs, GS1 barcodes, artwork, product copy, promotional setups, and delivery requirements.
  • Account & Partner Management: Manage day-to-day retail account relationships, ensuring retailer queries, stock blockers, operational decisions, and follow-up actions are handled quickly and clearly.
  • Trading Performance & Analytics: Track trading performance across sales, rate of sale (ROS), availability, stock cover, promotional uplift, placement, distribution, and retailer reporting, turning data into actionable growth recommendations.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Support forecasting, purchase order tracking, stock visibility, and service-risk management across current accounts and future retail expansion.

What they require

  • 2–4+ years of experience in retail account management, commercial operations, or retail operations within FMCG, CPG, grocery, consumer health, food, or consumer packaged goods.
  • Knowledge of the UK retail landscape, including grocery, high street / health & beauty, or specialty health channels.
  • Familiarity with managing retailer portals, GS1/barcoding standards, artwork sign-offs, and trade term administration.
  • Comfort with forecasting inputs, order and stock tracking, availability metrics, rate of sale, and margin structures.
  • Proven ability to coordinate internal teams and external retailer contacts with clear communication and fast problem-solving.
