What you'll do

  • Check incident circumstances against estimated work to see whether the damage could be related to the incident.
  • Check that estimated costs are fair and reasonable.
  • Check estimates are within customer-specific rates when a network repairer has been allocated.
  • Amend estimates to correct customer-specific rates when a network repairer has been allocated.
  • Negotiate with non-network repairers to bring inflated costs down.
  • Authorise incident-related repair work to repairers.
  • Correctly value vehicles for total losses.

  • Experience using Audatex and the Case Management System.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
