What You'll Do
Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of residential mortgage business through referral partnerships with real estate agents, builders, financial planners, CPAs, and other centers of influence
Originate conforming, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, and portfolio loan products tailored to each borrower's financial profile
Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective borrowers to evaluate loan options, explain program guidelines, and set clear expectations from application through closing
Partner closely with processors, underwriters, and closers to move loans efficiently and protect pull-through rates
Represent the company's brand in your local market through networking events, open houses, realtor office visits, and community engagement
Stay current on agency guidelines, state regulatory requirements, and market conditions to serve as a trusted advisor to both borrowers and referral partners
Maintain full compliance with RESPA, TILA, SAFE Act requirements, and all applicable Texas licensing regulations

Active NMLS
Proven track record of self-sourced mortgage production
Solid working knowledge of conventional (Fannie/Freddie), government (FHA/VA/USDA), and portfolio loan products
Established referral network with relationships you can activate immediately
Must be authorized to work in the United States and meet all NMLS SAFE Act eligibility requirements
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of residential mortgage business through referral partnerships with real estate agents, builders, financial planners, CPAs, and other centers of influence
- Originate conforming, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, and portfolio loan products tailored to each borrower's financial profile
- Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective borrowers to evaluate loan options, explain program guidelines, and set clear expectations from application through closing
- Partner closely with processors, underwriters, and closers to move loans efficiently and protect pull-through rates
- Represent the company's brand in your local market through networking events, open houses, realtor office visits, and community engagement
- Actively prospect and develop referral partnerships with real estate agents, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence across your market area
- Consult with borrowers to assess financial goals, match them to the right loan product, and guide them confidently from application through closing
- Generate a self-sourced pipeline through outside sales activity — networking events, open houses, community involvement, and one-on-one relationship building
- Structure and present loan scenarios using conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and portfolio product options as applicable
- Maintain accurate and timely loan files in compliance with TRID, RESPA, and applicable Texas lending regulations

- Proven track record of self-sourced mortgage production

- Established referral network with relationships you can activate immediately
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and meet all NMLS SAFE Act eligibility requirements
- Proven track record of self-sourced mortgage production with an established referral network in the Texas market
- Solid working knowledge of conventional, government (FHA/VA/USDA), and specialty loan products
- Strong understanding of SAFE Act requirements
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills — you can simplify the complex for first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors alike
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
