Мы продуктовая команда в crypto-трейдинге, разрабатывающая алготрейдинговые стратегии на DEX. Имеем несколько активных направлений - от микросекундных стратегий до длинных горизонтов.
Расширяем инженерную команду и ищем middle-разработчика, который доводит задачи до рабочего результата в сжатые сроки, без лишней архитектуры и без лишних сложностей в коде.
▪️Чем придётся заниматься: ▫️Реализовывать стратегии и прототипы по плану от лида от постановки до рабочего результата, за дни, а не недели; ▫️Брать прототипы аналитиков и квантов (часто на Python) и превращать их в production-системы, сохраняя логику и повышая надёжность; ▫️Выстраивать интеграции с внешними источниками: биржевые REST/WebSocket API, on-chain-данные, сторонние сервисы; ▫️Поддерживать, развивать и оптимизировать существующие системы.
▪️Технический стек: ▫️Rust обязательно: коммерческий или сильный пет-проектный опыт; ▫️Python или JavaScript/TypeScript как второй язык; ▫️Опыт интеграций с внешними API (REST, WebSocket); ▫️AI-инструменты в ежедневной работе, с пониманием, как проверять то, что они выдают, а не слепо копировать.
▪️Кого мы ищем: ▫️Опыт коммерческой разработки от 1–3 лет на уровне middle; ▫️Работаешь от задачи и плана: делаешь то, о чём договорились, в срок, без лишнего усложнения; ▫️Сам разбираешься в незнакомой технологии по исходникам, если документации нет; ▫️Аккуратность к результату: умеешь сравнить две версии кода, понять, почему результат отличается, проверить, что ничего не сломал; ▫️Будет плюсом: опыт переноса кода между языками с сохранением логики (например, Python-прототип → Rust); опыт с web3 / блокчейном; непродуктовый опыт — обходы блокировок и антиботов, скрейпинг сложных сайтов, реверс, автоматизация.

What you'll do
- Implement trading strategies and prototypes from lead-defined plans through to working results quickly
- Convert analyst and quant prototypes, often in Python, into production systems while preserving logic and improving reliability
- Build integrations with external sources such as exchange REST/WebSocket APIs, on-chain data, and third-party services
