We are looking for a strong Middle Full Stack .NET Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of an insurance platform. The platform is an existing .NET-based solution supporting quoting, policy management, document generation, integrations, and reporting, currently undergoing an incremental re-architecture toward a modular, service-oriented state.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications delivering end-to-end solutions for the insurance platform
- Contribute to the incremental re-architecture of the monolithic platform into standalone microservices and APIs
- Extract critical capabilities such as document generation, payments, nightly processing, notifications, and rating into modular services
- Design and implement inbound and outbound APIs for integration with third-party raters, partners, and internal services
- Build and optimize database solutions, including query tuning, stored procedures, and database design
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation processes
- Participate in AI adoption initiatives within the team, leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot
- Apply secure coding practices across all development activities
- Collaborate with team members, document specifications clearly, and meet project deadlines
- Ensure production stability while delivering new features and improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building full-stack web applications delivering end-to-end solutions
- Proficiency in .NET Core (8-10), Entity Framework, and Dapper
- Expertise in REST and XML-based APIs
- Advanced skills in MS SQL, including query tuning, stored procedures, and database design
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure), specifically Azure App Service and Azure Container Apps
- Background in developing web applications using one of the popular web frameworks (ReactJS, Angular)
- Familiarity with DevOps approaches for CI/CD, release management, and automation using tools such as Azure DevOps, Azure Repos or GitHub, Azure ARM or Terraform
- Knowledge of GitHub Copilot and readiness to participate in AI adoption within the team
- Understanding of SignalR / WebSockets
- Strong skills in AI assisted development
- Strong focus on secure coding practices
- Capability to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and operate in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
Nice to have
- Skills in AI Solution Engineering, Python, and Microsoft Power BI
- Familiarity with Azure Application Insights, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Pipelines
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Understanding of Microservice Architecture Style
