Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear analytical questions, metrics, and data-driven solutions;

Conduct end-to-end analysis of revenue performance, customer behavior, funnels, retention, churn, and operational efficiency;

Identify trends, anomalies, performance drivers, and growth opportunities, and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders;

Develop and maintain reliable, reusable data models and datasets using SQL and dbt;

Build and improve Tableau dashboards that enable effective performance monitoring and business decision-making;

Ensure data accuracy by validating calculations, investigating discrepancies, and monitoring data quality;

Take ownership of analytical projects - from requirements gathering and methodology design to implementation and presentation of results;

Collaborate with other analysts and cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and share knowledge across the analytics function;

Support stakeholders with ad hoc analysis while proactively identifying opportunities for deeper, scalable analytical solutions.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

2+ years in a Data Analyst or BI Analyst, or similar role;

Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets;

Hands-on experience with Tableau;

Experience building dashboards, automated reporting, and reusable analytical datasets;

Understanding of business metrics, data validation, descriptive statistics, and analytical methodologies;

Experience conducting end-to-end analysis: from gathering requirements and defining methodology to presenting conclusions and recommendations;

Ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders;

Experience with dbt, Git, Python would be an advantage;

At least Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
