What you'll do

  • Win Mid-Market accounts of 100–1,000 employees in the UKI region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through closed-won.
  • Focus on new logo acquisition.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Source more than 50% of your own pipeline.
  • Deliver quick demos showing how the solution meets customer needs.
  • Conduct competitive or evangelical selling in new or established markets.
  • Understand business problems and position specific, creative solutions.
  • Guide prospects through evaluation and buying processes.
  • Engage the right stakeholders to create consensus for strategic technology decisions.
  • Use tools to maximize prospecting and selling time.
  • Research and personalize outreach to spark conversations.
  • Manage a pipeline of a dozen or more active opportunities concurrently.
  • Maintain internal operations including real-time CRM updates.
  • Travel at least 25% of the time for customer engagements and events.
  • Develop product acumen and work with SEs in a team selling motion.

  • Experience closing many >$50,000 ACV opportunities.
  • Experience selling complex platform technologies in a sales-led GTM motion.
  • New business hunter confident in self-sourcing more than 50% of own pipeline.
  • Experience selling to multiple regions within EMEA.
  • Strong written and verbal fluency in English.
  • Preferred: Experience selling to Talent or HR personas.
  • Preferred: Prior B/SDR experience.
  • Excited about a new business focused role rather than only selling into the install base.
  • Does not expect Marketing or BDRs to source all pipeline.
  • Willing to develop product acumen rather than treating technical understanding as only the SE's job.
