What you'll do

  • Engineering, integration, maintenance, and support activities associated with PIVOT systems and related infrastructure.
  • Configure, maintain, and support platform components and associated systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance, availability, and functionality.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Monitor system health and analyze logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and customer stakeholders to meet mission requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities.
  • Provide technical recommendations for system improvements and optimization efforts.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT systems, platform engineering, or systems administration.
  • Experience with troubleshooting complex technical environments.
  • Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Experience working with virtualization, cloud, networking, or enterprise applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required government credentials or security clearance, if applicable.
