MERN Stack Developer

Role OverviewRarefiction Media is looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our Process Automation & Technology Team. You will design, develop, maintain, and optimize web applications and internal technology solutions to improve internal systems and automate repetitive processes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.Build responsive frontend applications using React.js.Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.Design and manage MongoDB databases.Integrate third-party APIs and external business tools.Implement authentication, authorization, and user roles.Develop dashboards, admin panels, and internal tools.Connect web applications with automation workflows.Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance.Collaborate with UI/UX Designers and Process Automation Specialists.Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code using Git/GitHub.RequirementsBachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of experience.Strong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.Strong understanding of JavaScript and MongoDB.Experience working with REST APIs and webhooks.Knowledge of Git and GitHub.Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web development.Nice to HaveExperience with automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.Experience with AI/API integrations (OpenAI, Gemini).Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.Knowledge of TypeScript.Experience with JWT/OAuth authentication.SkillsReact.jsNode.jsMongoDBJavaScriptREST APIsBenefitsOpportunity to work on real-world automation and AI projects.Exposure to modern web technologies and workflow automation.Collaborative and creative work environment.Career growth based on performance.
