What you'll do

  • Carry roughly 10 pods (~20 fellows across 8–12 host organizations) full-time from pre-Basecamp through final day, coaching and documenting progress.

  • Deliver just-in-time curriculum modules, author lane- or pod-specific content when commissioned, and co-lead the Basecamp practical assessment.
  • Coach fellows on stakeholder discovery, requirements gathering, presentations, organizational buy-in, change management, and translating technical possibilities into organizational impact.
  • Identify recurring technical, professional, and organizational issues across pods and surface them to the appropriate owner; escalate fellows at risk to the Sr. Manager of AI Practice.

What they require

  • 2–5 years of previous professional experience in software engineering, IT, data, technical program management, implementation, solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, technical consulting, AI operations, or another technically adjacent role
