Mental Health Therapist Supervisor Location: Michigan Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Summary Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking Michigan clinical supervisors who can help developing clinicians build stronger clinical judgment and professional confidence. This role gives supervisors the opportunity to guide case discussions, documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and overall clinical growth. What you'll do
- Provide supervision for developing counselors and therapists
- Support ethics, documentation, treatment planning, and case consultation
- Help supervisees build confidence and clinical skill
- Follow Michigan licensing and supervision requirements
- Maintain professional supervision records
What they require
- Active Michigan clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Master Social Worker - Clinical Specialty (MSW - Clinical)
- Must meet Michigan requirements to provide supervision
- Preferred: Prior supervision experience
