Compensation: Earn a clinical rate $76/hour (including mandatory training) and an administrative rate (including no shows/late cancellations) of $23.00/hour as a New Jersey resident with semi-monthly pay. If based out-of-state clinical rates will range between $58.50 - $85. Balanced Caseloads and Schedules: Select a weekly caseload ranging from 7 to 20 clients, with session availability between 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. We will cover the cost. Caseload: Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions. Sessions will include ongoing therapy appointments and assessments for new clients.
