What you'll do
- Provide clinical supervision and professional guidance to developing clinicians.
- Review documentation, treatment plans, ethics, and casework.
- Support supervisees as they build clinical judgment.
- Follow Maryland supervision and licensing standards.
- Maintain clear supervision structure and records.
- Help clinicians improve clinical judgment, documentation, ethical decision-making, and confidence in practice.
