What you'll do

  • Own the top of the funnel — identify and research high-value prospects in the hearing care space, generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs)
  • Make things happen — conduct 100+ weekly outbound prospect calls, positioning Audigy as the business solution that helps independent hearing care providers grow and thrive
  • Set the table for success — schedule discovery calls and membership overview presentations that give our RSMs the best possible shot at closing
  • Be a strategic partner — collaborate with sales leadership to build and execute an annual business development plan aligned to growth targets
  • Stay sharp — gather market intelligence, complete Information Discovery Forms, secure NDAs, and ensure every prospect interaction is thoughtfully followed up
  • Keep the team informed — deliver clear monthly summaries of pipeline activity and results, helping leadership make smart, data-driven decisions
  • Show up — support company events and initiatives as needed, representing the Audigy brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What they require

  • A proven track record in sales or business development — you know how to prospect, persevere, and perform
  • High phone confidence — you're comfortable making cold calls and turning cold conversations into warm relationships
  • Strong organizational skills — you can manage a large, active pipeline without letting anything slip through the cracks
  • Excellent communication skills — you listen actively, speak clearly, and write professionally
  • A collaborative mindset — you work well with sales teams and understand that your success is tied to theirs
  • Technology proficiency, including MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gong, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent relevant work experience

  • Competitive Pay: Salary range of $65,000–$75,000 annually , depending on experience, plus a $75 monthly cell phone allowance and an uncapped performance-based incentive plan with on-target earnings (OTE) of $17,000 annually
