Position Overview Kyverna is seeking Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join the Medical Affairs organization. The MSL will serve as a field-based scientific expert supporting external engagement with healthcare professionals, investigators, treatment centers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) focused on autoimmune diseases and cell therapy. The ideal candidate will bring strong scientific expertise, exceptional relationship-building skills, and experience supporting complex specialty therapies within biotechnology or pharmaceutical environments. This individual will play a critical role in communicating scientific and clinical data, gathering field insights, and supporting the continued development of Kyverna’s CAR-T therapy programs. Location: Remote ideally based SoCal, AZ, NV, UT, Travel: Approximately 50-70%
