任职条件：
本科及以上学历，医药、医疗器材或相关专业毕业。 三年以上医药或医疗器械等相关领域工作经验，有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑。 良好的客户管理能力和团队合作能力。 良好的学习及数据分析能力。 乐于接受挑战并有良好的抗压能力。 有医疗美容产品相关行业经验的优先考虑。

What you'll do
- Execute the company's established work plans, performance goals and budget, and carry out product information communication, academic communication, customer needs feedback and related project implementation for medical agencies within the designated area.
- Identify customer opportunities, understand customer needs, and provide professional support and training to customers.
- Establish, improve and maintain a network of target customers.
- Assist regional managers and cross-functional personnel such as marketing in implementing various company projects; customize and adjust based on the characteristics of the responsible institutions/hospitals to optimize implementation results.
- Comply with the code of conduct and conduct business activities in a lawful and reasonable manner.
- Execute other tasks scheduled by the regional manager.
What they require
- Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmaceutics, medical devices, or related majors.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device field; experience in a foreign enterprise, is preferred.
- Good customer management and team collaboration skills.
- Good learning and data analysis skills.
- Willing to embrace challenges and handle stress well.
- Experience in the medical aesthetics industry is preferred.
