Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are seeking a high-performing Media Buyer who specializes in Meta Ads to drive measurable growth and scale our digital presence. This role is built for a strategic thinker who thrives on data-driven decision-making and creative testing. You will be responsible for managing significant budgets, optimizing full-funnel campaigns, and ensuring every dollar spent translates into profitable results. Key Responsibilities Design, launch, and manage sophisticated ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Monitor daily performance metrics and proactively adjust bidding, budgets, and targeting to hit ROAS/CPA targets. Conduct continuous A/B testing of ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to identify winning formulas. Analyze campaign data to uncover actionable insights and provide detailed reporting on performance trends. Collaborate with creative teams to brief high-converting visual assets based on performance data. Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements Proven track record of managing and scaling profitable Meta Ads campaigns. Deep technical understanding of the Meta Ads Manager, including Pixel setup, Conversion API, and Attribution models. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategy. Excellent copywriting skills tailored for high-conversion social media advertising. Proficiency in audience research and advanced segmentation techniques. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Nice-to-Haves Experience with additional paid social platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube). Previous experience in an agency environment or high-growth e-commerce brand. Familiarity with creative strategy and basic video editing for ad hooks. Knowledge of third-party tracking and attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam).
