Key Responsibilities
Converting short term Deviations into long term Engineering Change Orders Adjusting drawings per supplier feedback Design changes to address field failures or manufacturing inefficiencies Design updates/documentation changes to lower product cost
Requirements
Must‑Have Qualifications
Engineering degree: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace . 6+ years of product design experience. Experience with batteries, energy storage, EV, or PCBA packaging . Strong CAD skills: Onshape, NX, SolidWorks . PFMEA, PPAP, DFM experience GD&T Standards (ASME Y14.5) and interpretation Advanced English.

Thermal management knowledge Prototyping & FEA exposure PLM (Teamcenter/Windchill/Agile/Arena)
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Leadership in technical decision-making. Ability to collaborate across suppliers, validation, manufacturing and purchasing. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
