This unique fellowship is perfect for an MBA student with prior consulting experience who is interested in gaining exposure to Private Equity operations and value creation.

What you'll do

  • Work directly with one of our portfolio companies and our portfolio operations team to refine, analyze, and implement strategic initiatives post-acquisition.
  • Tackle a value creation sprint in a particular area (e.g. growth strategy, pricing, product, etc.).

What they require

  • Current MBA student (1st and 2nd year students enrolled in full time US MBA programs)
  • Prior consulting experience (minimum of 2 consecutive years) - ideal for MBB (or equivalent) alumni who are curious about PE
  • Passion for / interest in private equity and small business
  • Strong communication skills with ability to quickly synthesize information and visualize strategy (e.g. highly proficient with using PowerPoint, Excel, narrative long-form in Word, etc.)
  • Experience or interest in one of our core Brydon industry areas: B2B, B2Gov, & healthcare software and services
