What you'll do

  • Own day-to-day execution of LBA's logistics operation
  • Monitor the live order pipeline
  • Resolve carrier exceptions
  • Drive ally onboarding
  • Sustain OTIF of at least 95% and seller OTD of at least 98% through daily pipeline monitoring
  • Track open, overdue, and aging orders with an owner and resolution date for each at-risk shipment
  • Roll out a carrier exception management SOP with 24h, 48h, and 5-day resolution tiers
  • Coordinate with CX for customer communications
  • Run weekly carrier billing reconciliations across labels, orders, and invoiced charges
  • Flag billed-weight errors and duplicate charges
  • Onboard 30+ new seller allies with a standardized end-to-end checklist
  • Set up configuration, carrier mapping, SLA setup, pilot orders, and go-live validation
  • Activate contingency playbooks before peak events such as Cyber Days, Hot Sale, and Black Friday
  • Build and maintain a daily operations dashboard for volume, OTIF, exceptions, aging, and seller OTD

What they require

  • Proven experience owning last-mile or marketplace logistics operations
  • 3–5 years in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile operations in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, or 3PL/carrier environments in Colombia
  • Personally owned operational KPIs such as OTIF, OTD, exception rates, and cost per shipment
  • Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of carrier management and exception resolution
  • Hands-on experience coordinating carriers such as Coordinadora, Servientrega, TCC, or similar on pickups, SLAs, and delivery exceptions
  • Able to describe a real logistics exception managed end-to-end
  • Able to hold a carrier accountable with data while keeping the relationship functional
  • Solid expertise in data-based root cause analysis
  • Comfortable pulling and cross-checking large order datasets
  • Able to decompose an OTIF drop into seller, carrier, buyer, tech, or external causes
  • Track record of rigorous operational reporting and reconciliation
  • Experience running freight reconciliations across labels, pickups, and invoiced charges
  • Experience catching and recovering billing discrepancies in a structured, documented way
  • Produces concise, accurate operational summaries trusted by stakeholders
  • Able to coordinate across sellers, carriers, CX, and finance
  • Self-starter who takes issues from alert to resolution with one owner and a date
  • Clear, structured communicator for seller feedback, escalation emails, and operations summaries
  • Experienced in partner or seller onboarding in an operational context
  • Has managed onboarding of external partners into an operational workflow
  • Builds structured checklists and tracks progress against go-live dates
  • Proven adaptability in early-stage, fast-scaling operations
  • Comfortable with daily standups, weekly reviews, and shifting priorities
  • Willingness to actively leverage AI tools such as LLMs and automated workflows
