About the project As a Marketo Specialist , you will be a key player in our digital transformation, helping us implement modern B2B frameworks such as Buying Groups. This is an ideal position for someone who is technically independent but eager to grow. We are looking for a specialist who is ready to expand their skills into the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) . What you’ll do Own the end-to-end setup of Marketo programs, including smart campaigns, segmentations, and asset management . Work closely with the data team to manage filtering, purging, and optimization of data moving in and out of Marketo . Apply an understanding of Buying Groups and B2B account dynamics to ensure the tool reflects the client’s business transformation . Maintain and optimize webhooks and CRM syncs to ensure seamless information flow across the MarTech stack . Proactively learn and adopt new technologies within the Adobe ecosystem, specifically Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) . What makes you a great fit 🎯 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field. 4 + Years of hands-on Marketo Engage administration experience in a B2B enterprise environment . Proven track record managing enterprise-level Marketo implementations . Experience with custom and out-of-the-box Marketo integrations, including bi-directional sync management . Demonstrated expertise integrating Marketo with Adobe Experience Cloud , Social platforms , Event platforms , Lead capture applications . Experience working in cross-functional teams with Product Owners, Business Architects, and technical stakeholders . Experience implementing governance frameworks and regulatory compliance, including GDPR , CASL , CAN-SPAM , CCPA . Background in marketing automation operations, campaign execution, and platform optimization . Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
