What you'll do

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and projects across the marketing team
  • Manage timelines, remove roadblocks, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations by organizing the team in Asana
  • Create systems of organization
  • Capture and track marketing goals
  • Build a calendar for the marketing team
  • Increase team efficiency and speed of project delivery
  • Create and maintain detailed Asana projects and project briefs for campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, roles, and responsibilities are clearly defined
  • Manage the marketing department’s quarterly planning process from end-to-end and implement feedback and improvements each quarter
  • Work with Marketing leadership to prioritize projects, align on deliverables, and allocate resources effectively
  • Manage creative team requests and projects across video, visual design, and content design
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools, adjusting plans and communications to keep everything running smoothly
  • Facilitate kickoffs, stand-ups, and retros to keep teams aligned and continuously improving
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks or blockers that could impact delivery
  • Document workflows and improve repeatable processes to scale execution across teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Content, Design, Lifecycle Marketing, customer marketing, and demand generation, to ensure goals are met
  • Communicate progress, outcomes, and performance metrics to relevant stakeholders and adjust as needed
  • Manage review cycles with the leadership team

What they require

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or campaign coordination in a B2B SaaS or digital marketing environment
  • Uses AI to increase efficiency and automate workflows when appropriate
  • Comfortable making decisions with limited information and some ambiguity
  • History of accountability for multi-channel marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects
  • Can manage fast-shifting priorities and communicate changes with stakeholders with ease
  • Comfortable navigating both the creative and functional sides of marketing
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders across levels, from designers to executives, and using feedback to continuously improve
  • Loves to learn and grow through formal education, professional experience, or building their own business
  • Preferred: Interest in people-first project leadership and optimizing team collaboration
