No BS summary

Part of the marketing org: run the systems, processes, and tracking that let a high-volume marketing team execute on product launches, campaigns, events, and partner work. Split between marketing operations (tooling, vendor ops, budgets, reporting) and program management (plans, standups, status, success measurement).

Optional skills

Optional languages

English full professional proficiency, presumed based on the posting being in English; no specific language requirement is given beyond writing English. Strictly required? The posting does not state a required level, so 'fluent' not assumed. To be safe: 'unknown' is also an option, but since the job description is in English and the role involves communication with stakeholders, I'll specify 'English' with level 'unknown' to be faithful. The posting mentions 'reading and spoken communications' (though for the job), but no explicit level. I'll put 'English' with level 'full_professional'? The instructions say never invent;

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain project plans for major cross-functional marketing initiatives (product launches, campaigns, executive events, partner programs), with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies
  • Run recurring cross-functional standups and check-ins for shared projects, keeping stakeholders aligned and unblocked
  • Track deliverables and status in a system of record, maintaining a single source of truth for what's in-flight across the org
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks early, and escalate or resolve them before they threaten a deadline
  • Partner with initiative owners (Brand, Content, PMM, Revenue Marketing, PR) to define success criteria up front, and build the tracking to measure against it after launch
  • Maintain a rolling view of the marketing full project portfolio for the SVP of Marketing and leadership team
  • Own and administer core marketing systems and tools (project management platforms, marketing automation/CRM touchpoints as applicable, reporting dashboards)
  • Manage marketing budget tracking, vendor onboarding/contract administration, and purchase order workflows
  • Design and maintain repeatable operating processes: campaign intake, creative request workflows, approval chains, content calendars
  • Build and maintain reporting on marketing performance and operational health for leadership and board-level updates
  • Serve as the process owner for how work enters the marketing org and how it's prioritized across competing demands
  • Work closely with Brand/Creative, Content/Communications, Revenue Marketing/Events, and Product Marketing leads to understand upcoming needs and build realistic plans around them
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Executive teams on marketing's role in cross-org initiatives (e.g., major launches, executive events, partner announcements)
  • Serve as a dotted line to revenue operations to stay up to date on technology, workflows, and shared success outcomes
  • Act as a trusted operator for the SVP of Marketing, someone who can take a half-formed initiative and turn it into a structured, trackable plan without needing heavy hand-holding

What they require

  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project/program management, or a hybrid of both, ideally in B2B SaaS or a similarly fast-moving environment
  • Demonstrate ongoing ownership of project management tooling at a team or org-wide level, not just individual task tracking
  • Experience running cross-functional standups or working sessions with stakeholders across brand, content, product marketing, and marketing
  • Comfort building project plans from scratch for ambiguous, multi-stakeholder initiatives, and driving them to completion without direct authority over the people involved
  • Operational fluency: budget tracking, vendor management, process design, and reporting infrastructure
  • A systems-thinking mindset: someone who sees how the pieces of a marketing org connect and builds processes that scale, rather than one-off fixes
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate status and risk clearly for both individual contributors and executive stakeholders
  • Bias toward structure and follow-through: This person creates order in ambiguity rather than waiting for it to be handed to them
