What You'll Do
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and loan production. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising. Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, videos, educational materials, and social media content. Utilize AI tools and technologies to improve marketing efficiency, automate workflows, enhance content creation, and analyze campaign performance. Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with sales, loan officers, and leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Manage and grow the company's online presence and reputation. Identify new growth opportunities, emerging trends, and innovative marketing solutions. Oversee marketing vendors, freelancers, agencies, and technology platforms when needed. Continuously test, optimize, and improve lead generation funnels.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in marketing management, growth marketing, or digital marketing leadership roles. Experience in the mortgage, lending, real estate, financial services, or related industries is highly preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, Midjourney, automation platforms, or similar technologies. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new strategies and technologies. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Bonus Points For
Mortgage industry marketing experience. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and lead nurturing. Experience managing remote teams, agencies, or contractors. Video marketing and personal branding experience.
