Marketing lead with 10+ years in social and creator marketing, ideally in games or entertainment, to build Sky: Children of the Light's EMEA presence from scratch: strategy, agencies, budget, always-on social/creator engine, KPIs. Hands-on builder, based anywhere in Europe; must be authorized to work in Europe (no visa sponsorship).

What you'll do

  • Own the EMEA marketing strategy and its execution across priority markets, beginning with the UK and France
  • Lead specialist agency partners across social, creators and events, setting strategic direction and brand vision
  • Own and steward the regional marketing budget, allocating across channels and markets based on performance
  • Build and run a consistent always-on social and creator presence grounded in Sky's brand positioning
  • Plan and deliver marketing support for major content moments, coordinating brand, creative, social, creators, events, paid media and UA
  • Partner with the global marketing team to keep EMEA aligned with the wider brand while adapting to local audiences
  • Establish KPIs that define traction, report on performance, and use data to sharpen next actions

What they require

  • 10+ years in marketing with deep experience in social media and creators, ideally in games, entertainment, or culturally-driven consumer brand
  • Strong track record building brand and community, not just installs
  • Experience owning a budget and managing agencies and external partners
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator; strong stakeholder management across global team and external partners
  • Google-oriented, exceptionally organized, able to juggle roles, partners and markets without dropping quality
  • Data-driven, comfortable setting KPIs, reading performance data, using insights
  • Fluency with European markets and cultures and judgement about what to localize
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Builder's mindset — happy to be hands-on and operate independently
