What you'll do

  • Update and maintain the event tracker; check in with vendors and chase quotes, deliverables, and deadlines; help prepare logistics and materials for upcoming US events (including occasional shipping and on-site setup); review speaker materials and registrations; help collect post-event metrics; and use AI to summarize feedback or draft supporting materials.
  • Research paid advertising opportunities to grow Synera's awareness in the US; co-manage logistics for ad placements.
  • Build AI agents to help publish web content like blog posts and press releases.
  • Support email automation and audience segmentation in HubSpot.

  • Based in the greater Boston, MA area and legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Available for at least 8 months (ideally longer).
  • Some hands-on experience (even 4–6 months from an internship, part-time role, or substantial student project in marketing, events, or coordination).
  • Organized and reliable; keeps track of details, follows through on tasks, and doesn't need constant reminders.
  • Communicates clearly in written and spoken English.

  • Self-starter who’s comfortable working remotely and staying motivated without someone looking over their shoulder.

Benefits

  • Work alongside experts in marketing, events, engineering and AI, and get paid to build skills that will set up your career.
  • Get hands-on experience across event coordination, campaign execution, marketing automation, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Learn the dynamics of working at an AI scale-up whose customers include BMW, Airbus, and NASA.
  • Schedule built around classes and exams, with option to pick up additional hours during semester breaks.
  • Decide when and where to work (as long as you have US residency and are based in the Boston area).
  • Spend time with colleagues during regular team events and off-sites, including an annual company-wide gathering.
