What you'll do

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports and dashboards to support marketing campaigns, ad spend optimization, customer retention strategies, and personalized communication.
  • Build and maintain informative, well-designed dashboards in Tableau and Looker Studio to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across acquisition channels.
  • Analyze user behavior across the entire customer journey to identify friction points, optimize conversion funnels, and uncover opportunities for acquisition and retention growth.
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests and promotional experiments to evaluate the business impact of marketing and product initiatives.
  • Develop strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. Collaborate with data engineering to acquire, join, and validate marketing data from primary and secondary sources (e.g., Google Ads, GA4, Search Console).

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, or Marketing Analyst embedded within or consulting for a marketing department.
  • Technical experience navigating and extracting data from marketing platforms (Google Ads, GA4, Search Console) and leveraging BigQuery or SQL to join disparate marketing datasets for cross-channel analysis and attribution.
  • Adept at query writing, report generation, and building interactive dashboards with BI tools (Tableau and Looker Studio).
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python (Jupyter Notebook) or R for dataset manipulation, basic modeling, and statistical analysis.
