Marketing Content & Graphic Designer

The Content & Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging marketing and sales content by combining strong content writing, visual communication, and graphic design skills .

This is a hands-on role that goes beyond social media graphics. The candidate will be expected to understand products and services, identify the value they provide to customers, and translate complex product and technology information into clear, compelling written and visual content.

A key part of the role is supporting the Sales/BDR team with customized content and collateral for inbound enquiries . This may include tailored presentations, one-pagers, product explainers, solution briefs, case-study-style content, email content, and other materials based on a prospect's specific requirements.

The role will work across Marketing and Sales , serving as a bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales by turning business requirements and product information into polished, professional content and visual assets.

Content Creation

Create engaging, informative, and persuasive content around products, solutions, and services. Develop content for different stages of the customer journey, from awareness and education to consideration and conversion. Create website content, product descriptions, blogs/articles, LinkedIn posts, social media content, email campaigns, product announcements, solution briefs, one-pagers, case studies, sales collateral, FAQs, and presentation content. Translate complex product and technology concepts into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand content for business audiences. Develop messaging focused on customer problems, benefits, use cases, and business outcomes.

Graphic Design

Design marketing and sales materials aligned with brand. Create social media creatives, infographics, product graphics, presentation decks, sales one-pagers, brochures, product/solution sheets, case-study designs, email graphics, website visuals, and digital advertisements. Maintain consistency in branding, typography, layouts, imagery, and overall visual identity. Transform written concepts and product information into compelling visual stories. Create graphics that communicate complex information quickly and effectively.

Customized Content for Inbound Enquiries

Work with the Sales/BDR team to understand prospect requirements and create customized content to support sales conversations. Create customized product presentations, prospect-specific one-pagers, solution summaries, product/service overviews, industry-specific collateral, use-case presentations, proposal visuals, product comparison documents, customized email content, and follow-up materials. Develop customized case-study or ROI-style content and visual explanations of how products or services can address a prospect's specific problem. Take a prospect requirement and turn it into concise, professional, and visually appealing content that explains how solution can address the requirement.

Sales Enablement

Work closely with BDR and Sales teams to understand common prospect questions, objections, and requirements. Create reusable sales collateral that helps the sales team communicate products effectively. Develop content for different industries, personas, and use cases. Quickly adapt existing content for specific prospects or opportunities. Maintain a library of updated marketing and sales collateral. Help the sales team present complex products and solutions simply and compellingly.

Product & Industry Research

Develop a strong understanding of products, services, and target customers. Research relevant industry trends and customer pain points. Understand target audiences and create content that resonates with their business challenges. Stay up to date with trends in Healthcare, Legal, Finance, Technology, AI, and related B2B industries , as relevant to the company's offerings. Translate product updates and new features into customer-friendly messaging.

Social Media & Digital Content

Develop engaging content for LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels. Create educational, thought-leadership, product-focused, customer pain-point, industry insight, infographic, and short-form visual content. Work with the Marketing team to maintain a consistent content calendar. Repurpose long-form content into multiple social and visual formats.

Performance & Quality

Maintain quality and consistency across written and visual content. Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials. Deliver customized sales requests within the required turnaround time. Continuously improve content based on audience and sales feedback. Support the Sales/BDR team with relevant and effective content.

Requirements

2–5+ years of experience in content creation, graphic design, marketing communications, or a similar role.

Strong combination of content writing and graphic design skills . Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to write professional B2B content with a clear and persuasive tone. Strong visual communication and design sense. Ability to understand technical/product information and simplify it for a non-technical audience. Strong understanding of business audiences and decision-makers. Ability to create customized content quickly based on sales or customer requirements. Experience creating content for B2B companies, SaaS, technology, healthcare, professional services, or similar industries is preferred.

Design Tools

Strong proficiency in one or more of the following:

Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Canva Figma PowerPoint / Google Slides

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video/motion-graphics tools is an advantage.

Content & AI Tools

Experience with modern content and AI tools is highly desirable, including:

ChatGPT or similar AI writing tools AI-assisted design tools Grammarly or similar editing tools Content management systems SEO/content research tools

The candidate should understand how to use AI to accelerate content creation while maintaining originality, accuracy, brand voice, and quality .

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with B2B SaaS or technology companies. Experience creating content for senior decision-makers. Experience supporting sales teams with customized collateral. Understanding of Healthcare, Legal, Finance, or other professional-services industries. Portfolio demonstrating both content writing and graphic design . Experience creating presentations and sales enablement materials. Basic understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead generation.
